Andrew Schneider - Opportunity

Andrew Schneider with his latest release “Opportunity” brings an amazing Alternative Rock sound to your library. The song opens on whimsical chords and has atypical instrumental stylings with a mixture of heavily electronically produced beats, audio samplings and a touch of organic instruments all of which come together to create a dynamic soundscape that is full of character. A song about the busy work of the daily rat race that results in a lot of human misery, Andrew rails against the status quo of the world with his message in this song. “Opportunity” is a true piece of art that is worth all your support and attention!

Martyn Scott - I Really Do

Martyn Scott’s latest track “I Really Do” is upbeat and fresh in its style. Opening on spirited drumming and bight instrumentation the song immediately lifts your spirits and puts you in a better mood. Martyn masterfully crafts a soundscape that is nostalgic without sounding stale, instead, he has his own modern take on it. The chord progressions are mesmerizing and the music is simply infectious and hooky in nature giving the song endless replayability. For fans of the power pop indie rock genre, Martyn is a virtuoso and you will love his music. So go check out “I Really Do” today!

Trashy Annie - ‘Bama

Trashy Annie has a sound that is powerful and infectious. In her latest track “‘Bama” she tells a story about how she wants someone to put “their love in the tip jar”. The lyrics of this piece hold your attention with their smooth storytelling and light absurdity, and Annie’s vocal stylings are excellent and reminiscent of the sound of rock legends such as Sheryl Crow or Joana Jett. “‘Bama” is also well produced with the guitar tone having just the right amount of distortion and crunch and the drums having the right amount of thump without sounding feeble or overpowering. Trashy Annie is a distinct artist in the country rock scene and you should check her music out!

Astral Lite - Thirsty Squirrel

Every song that you love has one standout element that keeps bringing you back to it over and over again, be it the vocals, the riffs, the drum fills or the bassline. On Astral Lite's dreamy mastercraft “Thirsty Squirrel”,  it was the bassline for me. Growling and fat, it immediately puts you in a trance-like state while this band takes you on a psychedelic experience with their music. The harmonized vocals and incredibly fuzzy guitars create a captivating ambience in this song that is impossible to draw your attention away from. Astral Lite are immensely talented geniuses and their music is a listening experience everyone should try!

Blind Man’s Daughter - Kyhell

Blind Man’s Daughter fire on all cylinders with “Kyhell” bringing their classic melodic progressive metal sound that is fully their own. The song is cosmic in its tone and incredibly atmospheric, with instrumentation that is melodic and emotional while being incredibly technically complex. Ashley Wolfe’s vocals as always are distinct, and unforgettable serenading you like a siren’s song with their dreamy chant-like nature. Blind Man’s Daughter makes music that takes you to a tranquil place while at the same time melting your face off with its electrifying metal technicality. “Kyhell” is a one of a kind listening experience and you must check it out!
