Kamil) Hey Ant Tarrant, super nice to have the chance to chat with you. What first got you into music?

I heard my brother and my Dad screaming at the top of their lungs one day.. I ran up to see what was happening and it turns out they were just singing Immigrant Song by Led Zepellin.

Describe your favorite and least favorite part about being a musician.

Favourite part is creating new sonic worlds and connecting to other humans, my least favourite part is when someone asks me to turn it down.

Your latest song is 'Locked In Your Eyes'. Can you share with us the background of its creation and did any unusual things happen during its creation?

Nick (my brother) came up with the chorus and the first production and showed it to me. I was in LA at the time and decided I needed to get on the next plane home. We then took it to town on Ableton, created some verses together and added some sweet synths. It started of with his genius and finished off with my touch.

How do you differ from most other artists?

We're not afraid to just put out what we love and not think too much about style, sound or genre. We've also reconnected as brothers through the musical journey which is only going to strengthen over time.

Where are you from and do you have a stable home or do you prefer travelling?

Wellington, New Zealand. I've travelled all around the world and ain't stopping any time soon. There's an entire world out there so may as well go hard and see it all. There's also a universe, when interplanetary travel is around, I'll be one of the first ones to sign up.

How would you describe the music that you typically create?

At the moment it's very deep and heartfelt over a wide range of genres. Mainly touching on 'pop' (whatever that means) but with quite deep meanings and feels.

How do you nurture your own creativity?

A lot of travelling, a lot of jamming, alot of chilling, a lot of nature and a lot of youtube.

If you could go open a show for any artist who would it be?

Good question... Probably Kiss.

Who's your ideal musician to collaborate with and why?

Someone who's open to exploring the possibilities.

What are your plans for the future?

Fantasy City will continue to make music for a long time. I've personally always loved the USA so I'm working on getting an artist visa to work there. Nick may do the same at some point. We'll see where the wind takes us.
