What strengths do you have that you believe make you a great musician?

Likeability And relatable to my fans I like to think. And being entertaining perfomance wise.

What is your dream project?

My dream project would be to have a two part music video album accompanying a world tour. I’m bursting with creative ideas but don’t have the budget or team right now .. but soon I will I hope haha.

Your latest track is 'My Mistakes'. Can you share with us the background of its creation and did any unusual things happen during its creation?

So I worked with with the amazing songwriter George Pelham on this track. I wanted the songwriting style to be classic like “baby one more time” and I think we executed that well. The message of the track is realising you aren’t always right in the relationship. The intro and tape fx inspo came to me whilst watching the new Pamela Anderson sex tape documentary on Disney+ Actually!

What makes you angry?

Racism and homophobia people that won’t let people be. Bullies and anyone that harms animals boils my blood!

What is the most surprising fact you’ve learnt about yourself?

That I’m far more interlining than I’ve given myself credit for over the years. Not all intelligence is maths and science…

What do you dislike about your work?

The repetitive takes in the studio is my worst part- I much prefer performing live.

What is one message you would give to your fans?

Never quit keep going things will happen you watch❤️

Is the artistic life lonely? What do you do to counteract it?

Yes it can be to be honest. But I also love it at times. I love watching films and cinema trips im a massive movie geek, horror is my favourite genre.

What do you think is the most beautiful thing you’ve ever seen or experienced?

Good question - I can’t think right now but watching the sunset with my boyfriend and dogs was lush.

What are your plans for the future

Lots more music, videos and a tour for sure. MJ
