Kamil) Hey Joshua Woo, super nice to have the chance to chat with you. What first got you into music?

I've been into music since a very young age. I started singing when I was five. Some of my earliest memories of music is my Dad playing Dire Straits albums in the car. I seriously started exploring music when I was 14 though. Picking up the guitar to write my own songs. The first two albums that unlocked something in me were The Joshua Tree by U2 and The Bends by Radiohead.

What is your creative process like?

My creative process is quite improvisational. Sometimes it's hard to know where one idea ends and another begins. I'm constantly working on little ideas here and there and eventually something comes together.

Your latest song is 'Goodbye'. Can you tell us more about the making of it and if there were any unusual things happening during the process?

So this song is actually about 2 years old. It's gone through many different permutations. It ended up the perfect closer for the EP though.

Are there people who help you with the production of the songs?

I produce all my solo songs myself. Sometimes I get outside musicians in to add some spice to a song. For example in 10-2-1 I enlisted the help of a musician called Delta Crab who played synthesizers on that track. But I like to take the helm of the mixing and production.

What are your long term goals?

It's honestly not something I really think about. I just enjoy what I do and if I'm able to keep doing it I'm happy.

What do your fans mean to you? What do you value most in them?

They mean the world to me. I stream music on Twitch so I have a very close relationship with my fans. I wouldn't be releasing the music I'm releasing right now if it wasn't for them.

What memorable responses have you had to your work?

I had a lot of people saying that my song Without The Fear helped them through a bad spot. That's always good to hear that my music can be a comfort like that. That's what music is about really.
