What first got you into music?

I grew up in church singing. My grandma had my older sister and my cousins singing in the choir at a very young age.

What is your creative process like?

My creative process consists of setting the mood in my space. I like to light a lavender candle and also meditate as I prepare to write the story I’m going to sing. All my songs are based on true events. It’s either about my life or someone close to me.

Your latest song is 'show off'. Can you tell us more about the making of it and if there were any unusual things happening during the process?

I wanted a song that’s fun and very catchy. Another artist actually wrote that song for me. It started as a demo and became something magical. I’m my biggest critic. I will play a song a million times just to see what’s missing.

What was the most difficult challenge you faced?

The most difficult challenge I have faced is focusing on one thing at a time. I tend to jump to project to project because I get so excited to work on more art and share it with the world.

What is the biggest mistake you have made within your career to this point?

My biggest mistake is not joking TikTok when it first came out and taking advantage of it haha. I see how it changed so many artists lives and I wish could’ve jumped on to it while I had the chance.

How do you know when a work is finished?

I know it’s finish when I let my mom hear it and she tells me how she feels.

What are your long term goals?

My long term goal is to be a legend in the making. I wanna change the world with every story I sing and bring so much joy to this world. I see myself touring all around the world and dedicating portions of my tour to foundations.

Do you have a mentor or coach?

I have someone I definitely look up too. He helps my achieve my full vocal range while also pushing me to my full potential.

What memorable responses have you had to your work?

Hearing from complete strangers how much they love my music and to hear them say my music touches their hearts.

What is the first thing you think of when you wake up?

The first thing I think of when I wake up is my God for allowing me to see another day, my family because I can’t wait to give them the life they deserve, and my dog Adonis he is always waiting at the foot of my bed ready to go out side to use the bathroom.
