Calum’s cello chops really shine through on this song, with their presence boldly announced right at the intro of the song— and as the drums kick in, you’re settled into a mid tempo, zesty drum and bass line that shines with a lot of character, easily solidifying the happy, cheery ways of this song— and the vocals are the finishing touch. Calum’s voice assumes its trademark energy, and coupled with the cellos, make for excellent interplay between themselves throughout the runtime of the song.

The rest of the production does not disappoint, either— with the wide, expansive soundstage bringing the true timbre and space of every instrument out, while the bass keeping things focused and firmly on the ground for one to groove and move to— and this is all accomplished in a flawlessly elegant fashion that brings this song very close to the heart. The mix is warm and inviting, and creates a nice low-end rumble that is sure to bring a smile to your face— and keep it there.
