The vocals are masterfully done and Zach Flory manages to inject them full of energy without ever losing the emotional core of the lyrics. You can’t help the temptation you feel to headbang while this song is playing as the production quality is par excellence, with the drums loud and booming and the bass fat and heavy supporting the guitar which brings you all that delicious distortion. “Nothing Left” is Ameroux’s alternative rock pièce de résistance.

A mesmerizing five-minute Shoegaze art piece “Circus Mirror” by The Loud Bangs is a song that will live in your mind well after you are done listening to it. Heavily centred around an unforgettable bass riff that acts as the backbone of the song “Circus Mirror” is a bit of a slow burn. The song takes its time to build up but once it's fully shifted into top gear it says what it wants to without overstaying its welcome. A song all about the desire for a sitcom-like romance “sugarbird” by renaissance boy is a wild ride from start to finish. If you enjoy hard-hitting lyrics sitting atop a somewhat light and breezy soundscape à la AJR, renaissance boy captures that feel very well and builds an incredibly vast landscape that's an absolute joy to listen to. But you cannot escape the relatability of the lyrics and the desire to have the picturesque sitcom romance. “sugarbird” is amazingly captivating and filled with imagery and is a must-add to your playlists!
