Blissful Red-Front Street (Gone for Good)\

Blissful Red brings the kind of beautiful energy a singer-songwriter with a poet's heart would. It is an incredibly beautiful song to listen to, with a running riff that remains memorable. Blissful Red is a stirring composition, you want to remain in the expendable texture of the song far after it is over. The tones are light and playful, making an experiential whisk of simple tunes. Tom Leaver has a soothing, playful vocal energy for the song, working well with the unique chord progression that has been chosen. It is the beginning of quite an exciting playlist, listen to the song here:

Forest Hall-Finding Out on Accident

With tones that inspire, we move on to Forest Hall with the song called Finding Out on Accident. It is a simple, but texture rich guitar riff that becomes the verse section. The rock riff brings in the overdrive hard, you can hear the gears crunch. It is the soul of the song, and the chorus is one of the best we’ve heard in some time. Keep your ear out for that unique transition that has been absolutely nailed. Listen to the refreshing track and prep for your long drive:

Violet Salt-Under Your Skin

With her mesmerising vocals and offsetting guitar notes, Violet Salt is creating a new undercurrent. Her song is a powerful effect of indie rock, with a myriad collection of tones. This song is her debut performance, and she’s not holding back any thoughts. Vocals really treasure the instrumental as well as shine a light on the splendid, deep cutting lyrics she has written. Soft percussion allows her to keep wavering with her improvisational vocal effect, and the result is something that will etch itself in your brain. Listen to her song here:

Lee Switzer-Woolf-Ototoxin

His songwriting style will take you on a roller coaster ride. Merging the clean elements of an acoustic with the slight distortion of the electric, Lee is spinning tales that will be image rich. His single is demanding, powerful and takes the pedestal’s height to a great new dimension. He doesn’t dilly-dally with his lyrics or music, they are metaphor rich but easy to decipher. There is an affinity to electronic elements that Lee has, and he combines the parts effortlessly, like a phantom fashion designer. Listen to Ototoxin and drive your dreams to the skies with his song here:

Victor V. Gurbo-Ghost Woman Blues

Victor’s music is genuinely beautiful and haunting. Pun intended, for this artist holds a sense of humour very close to himself as well. Ghost Woman Blues is just him with his acoustic, painting a particularly harrowing setting. HIs soft voice and deepened lyrics are a contrast to what he is singing about. It serves as a perfect salt for the vinegar, and you find yourself listening to the essence of the track in all its power. The rich guitar textures and his soothing voice are a perfect closer to our rock playlist for the week. Listen to the song here:
