Originating from a forgotten northern town, the band initially juggled day jobs with scraping together studio time, enduring freezing practice rooms after lengthy shifts. Yet, their frustrations birthed powerful music, drawing global audiences with electrifying live performances, relatable lyrics, and a knack for fostering community and escapism. There’s just something about this track’s energy that hits the feel-good zones perfectly; from the sky-high vocals to the skilful harmonies, there’s much to write home about the dynamics. Right from the start of the song, you’re covered in the steady, pulse-like cadence of the drums while the guitars build up gently in the background, until it all culminates in an explosive chorus; a refreshing blast of energy every time you listen to this track.
