You won’t know much about Anna Wise, but unless you’ve been living under a rock this decade you’ll already have heard her voice on Kendrick Lamar classics like ‘These Walls’ and ‘Money Trees’. Her third single from debut solo EP The Feminine: Act 1 follows on from ‘Precious Possession’ and ‘Bitchslut’. ‘Go’, like the rest of the EP, is an empowering assertion of independent and sexually free femininity set to a bass that bangs harder than a ten tonne hammer.
