According to SoundCloud, F. Virtue’s latest effort ‘Larynx’ is #EmoRap. Lyrically, it’s about how he might be successful if his voice was any good. While those two statements in themselves don’t make for the most riveting sales pitch, Virtue has crafted one of the funniest comedy rap songs this year: “if I could sing I would be bigger than Adele” he ponders over bouncy beats and childish synth lines with some production assistance by DJ Brace. It’s juvenile delinquency at its best, executed with a mischievous and knowing wink.
